Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Virilli website.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the website.
1. ABOUT VIRILLI
This website is operated by Virilli Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“Virilli”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Virilli specialises in the sourcing, manufacture and supply of high-quality architectural, interior and construction products, including bespoke joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, stone and marble, windows and doors, glazing systems, skylights and associated products.
2. PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE
The website is intended to provide information about Virilli, our capabilities, products, materials, projects and services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, information displayed on this website is provided for general information and illustrative purposes only.
Nothing displayed on this website constitutes a binding quotation, offer or contractual commitment by Virilli.
3. PRODUCTS, IMAGES AND SPECIFICATIONS
Virilli works with natural materials, bespoke products and individually manufactured items.
Images, renders, samples, photographs, finishes and descriptions appearing on the website are intended to represent the character, design and quality of our products but should not be treated as guarantees of exact appearance.
Natural materials including timber, veneer, marble, stone, alabaster and other materials may vary in colour, grain, veining, texture and appearance.
Handmade, bespoke and individually manufactured products may also exhibit reasonable variations between individual pieces.
Colours and finishes displayed digitally may vary depending on photography, lighting, screens and devices.
Dimensions, specifications, colours and finishes shown on the website are indicative unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Final specifications will be those confirmed in the applicable quotation, specification, approved drawing, order confirmation or contract.
4. BESPOKE AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many Virilli products are manufactured specifically for an individual client or project.
Where requested, manufacturing dimensions, drawings, specifications, finishes and quantities must be checked and approved by the client or their authorised representative before manufacture.
The client is responsible for ensuring that information, dimensions, specifications and approvals supplied to Virilli are accurate unless measurement, design or verification expressly forms part of Virilli’s agreed scope.
Once manufacture has commenced, changes may result in additional costs, revised lead times and delays and may not always be possible.
Bespoke, customised or made-to-order products may not be capable of cancellation or return once manufacture has commenced, subject always to applicable law and the terms of the relevant quotation, order confirmation or contract.
Specific commercial terms relating to deposits, manufacture, variations, cancellation, delivery, installation, defects and warranties will be set out in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or contract.
5. QUOTATIONS AND PRICING
Prices displayed or referred to on the website, if any, are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Formal pricing will normally be provided through a written quotation or proposal.
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant quotation, prices may exclude shipping, freight, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other applicable taxes, installation and other project-specific costs.
A quotation does not create a binding contract unless and until it is accepted in accordance with its terms and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Virilli reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, specification or typographical errors prior to entering into a binding contract.
6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders for Virilli products and services will be subject to the payment terms specified in the relevant quotation, invoice, order confirmation or contract.
Where a deposit is required, manufacture or procurement may not commence until cleared funds have been received.
Any staged or balance payments must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension of manufacture, procurement, dispatch, delivery or other services, subject to the terms of the applicable contract and applicable law.
7. LEAD TIMES
Any manufacturing, shipping or delivery period quoted by Virilli is an estimate unless expressly agreed in writing to be a guaranteed date.
Lead times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including material availability, manufacturing conditions, supplier delays, shipping schedules, customs clearance, port congestion, transportation disruption and other logistical events.
Project-specific delivery obligations will be governed by the applicable quotation, order confirmation or contract.
8. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND IMPORTATION
Where products are supplied internationally, shipping arrangements, delivery responsibilities, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, taxes and associated charges will be determined by the applicable quotation, order confirmation or contract.
Unless expressly included within Virilli’s agreed price or scope, the client may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance costs and other destination charges.
Any applicable Incoterm or agreed allocation of risk and responsibility will be stated in the relevant contractual documentation where appropriate.
9. INSTALLATION AND SITE CONDITIONS
Where Virilli supplies products for installation by others, responsibility for verifying site dimensions, structural suitability, access, services and installation requirements rests with the client and/or the relevant architect, designer, professional or contractor unless expressly included within Virilli’s agreed scope.
The client is responsible for ensuring that the site is ready and reasonably suitable for delivery and installation at the agreed time.
Virilli will not be responsible for defects, damage or performance issues caused by incorrect installation by third parties, unsuitable site conditions, incorrect information supplied to us or alterations made to products by others, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where installation is included within Virilli’s scope, the applicable quotation or contract will identify the relevant responsibilities.
10. NATURAL MATERIALS AND TOLERANCES
Many Virilli products incorporate natural or handcrafted materials.
Variations in colour, tone, grain, veining, pattern, texture, shade, surface character and other natural characteristics are inherent in materials such as timber, veneer, stone, marble and alabaster.
Such natural variations are not ordinarily considered defects.
Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may also apply to bespoke and individually manufactured products.
Samples should therefore be regarded as representative of the general character of a material rather than a guarantee that every finished item will be identical.
11. INSPECTION AND DEFECTS
Clients should inspect products within a reasonable period following delivery and notify Virilli promptly of any apparent damage, shortage or defect.
Where a product is alleged to be defective, Virilli may request photographs, video, measurements or other reasonable information and may require an opportunity to inspect the product before determining the appropriate remedy.
Any warranty, repair, replacement or other remedy will be subject to the applicable quotation, order confirmation, warranty terms, contract and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including the Virilli name and branding, website design, photographs, videos, renders, drawings, product designs, graphics, text, brochures, specifications and other materials, is owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Virilli Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No licence or other intellectual-property right is granted except as expressly stated.
13. PROJECT PHOTOGRAPHY AND IMAGERY
Images shown on the website may include completed projects, products supplied or manufactured by Virilli, illustrative styling, renders, photography or other visual material used to demonstrate design intent, workmanship, products or capabilities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, inclusion of a project on the website should not be interpreted as representing that Virilli designed, manufactured or supplied every item visible within that project.
Some project photography may show Virilli products alongside furniture, artwork, accessories, finishes or other items supplied by third parties.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Virilli will not be liable for loss or damage arising solely from reliance upon general or illustrative information contained on this website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Liability relating to the manufacture, supply, delivery or installation of particular goods or services will be governed by the applicable quotation, order confirmation, contract or other agreed terms relating to that transaction.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
Virilli will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations where caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to the provisions of the applicable contract and applicable law.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil disturbance, industrial disputes, government action, interruption of utilities, shortages of materials, manufacturing disruption, shipping disruption, port congestion, customs delays or transportation failures.
